Our guarantees
Every Austin Turf Co. contract includes six written guarantees: you pay $0 until it's installed; it's done in one day or you get $500 off; your HOA approves it or you owe $0; the price is final; no puddles or pet smell in year one; and a 5-year labor plus 15-year turf warranty that transfers to the next owner.
Pay $0 until it's installed
No deposit. Pay at your walkthrough, or the lender pays us after you sign off.
Done in one day, or $500 off
Yards up to about 1,200 sq ft finish the day we start, or we take $500 off your bill.
HOA approved, or you owe $0
We prepare your HOA request within 24 hours. If your HOA says no, your contract is void and you owe nothing.
Your price is final
No change orders. If we damage your irrigation, we pay to fix it.
No puddles, no smell in year one
If water pools or pet odor comes back in the first year, we fix it free.
5-year labor + 15-year turf warranty
Both transfer to the next owner if you sell your home.
The fine print, in plain English
- One day: applies to yards up to about 1,200 sq ft with normal access. Larger yards are quoted as two days. Weather delays reschedule the start; they don't trigger the $500.
- HOA: if your HOA denies the project in writing, the contract is void and nothing is owed.
- Final price: based on the measured area and the photos you send. If the area we install is smaller than quoted, your price goes down.
- Year one: we fix pooling water or recurring pet odor free within the first 12 months after install.
- Warranty: the 5-year labor warranty covers seams, edges and base; the 15-year turf warranty is the manufacturer's on the turf itself. Both transfer if you sell your home.
The contract you sign is the controlling document. Texas home-solicitation sales include a 3-day right to cancel.
