Turf pricing
Installed artificial turf from Austin Turf Co. costs $11.75 to $13.75 per square foot depending on the turf, with a $8,000 flat Backyard Package for yards up to 640 sq ft. That price includes removing the old grass, a compacted base, install, sprinkler capping, haul-off and HOA paperwork. There are no change orders.

Yards up to 640 sq ft are a flat $8,000 (Backyard Package).
Extras
- Steel edging along beds: $650. Crisp, permanent border between turf and beds.
- Convert bed zones to drip: $450. Keeps shrubs and trees watered; done by a TCEQ-licensed irrigator.
- Extra odor-control infill: $350. For homes with 2+ dogs or a busy dog run.

Paying
You pay $0 until it's installed. Pay by card or bank transfer at the walkthrough, or choose monthly payments through a third-party lender with approved credit. The price is the same however you pay. Financing details.
