Austin Turf Co. is a new company, so we don't have customer reviews yet, and we won't post made-up ones. Every customer gets a review request after sign-off, and we publish every review we receive here and on Google, good or bad. We reply to each one within 24 hours.

Our review policy
- We ask every customer for a review, not just happy ones.
- We never pay for reviews or offer anything in exchange for a positive one. The founding-customer discount is given for any honest review.
- We don't remove or hide reviews.
