HOA turf rules
Most HOAs in Leander, Cedar Park and Liberty Hill allow artificial turf but require architectural (ARC) approval first, and Texas HOAs typically have up to 30 days to answer. A few communities restrict it. We check your HOA's own documents, prepare the request within 24 hours, and if your HOA says no, you owe $0.
How HOA approval works
- We look up your HOA by address and read its current guidelines.
- Within 24 hours we prepare the packet: site plan from satellite with measurements, turf spec sheet, drainage and edging details, photos, on the HOA's own form.
- We submit it, or you submit it from your portal if the HOA requires the owner to.
- We follow up on day 10 and day 25, and book your install for the first open day after approval.
