How it works
You price your yard online in about 2 minutes, e-sign, and we handle the HOA request, utility locate and irrigator. On install day a crew removes the old grass, builds the base and lays the turf, usually finishing the same day. You approve the photos and sign off before anything is charged.
- Price it online (2 minutes). Enter your address, trace the yard on a satellite view and pick a turf. We check your city, plat and HOA by address. Text us 3 photos (gate, sprinklers, slope) to lock the price.
- Sign and choose how to pay. E-sign the contract. It includes the Texas 3-day right to cancel, our guarantees and the warranty. Choose monthly payments through a lender, or pay by card or bank at the walkthrough. Nothing is charged today.
- HOA request (if you have one). Within 24 hours we prepare your HOA request: a site plan from satellite with measurements, the product spec sheet, drainage and edging details, photos, on your HOA's own form. We submit it, or you submit it from your portal if your HOA requires the owner to.
- Utility locate and scheduling. We request a free Texas 811 utility locate, book the crew and a licensed irrigator. The earliest install is the 4th business day after signing (the 6th if your lender requires it).
- Install day. The crew arrives at 7:30 am, removes the old grass, builds and compacts the base, lays and seams the turf, adds infill and cleans up. You get photos at the start, midday and finish.
- Walkthrough and sign-off. Approve the completion photos and sign off in your portal. Only then are you charged, or is the lender paid. We check in at day 30 and at one year.
