Larkspur: artificial turf rules
Larkspur's 2017 Design Guidelines, master covenant and policy manual don't mention artificial turf, so we submit it to the HOA for approval as a landscaping change before installing. The community is managed by Goodwin & Company. We prepare the request with a site plan and specs within 24 hours.
